The Fountains HOA is a nonprofit association that manages our community development. Every property owner in the development is a member of the HOA and is welcome to participate on the board or as a volunteer. The HOA manages the community’s basic maintenance (common property), reviews and approves improvement plans, preserves the community’s architectural integrity, and organizes community activities.

The Board

The Fountains HOA Board meets at the home of Board Members.  Please contact a member if you would like to attend a meeting. All homeowners are welcome to participate. The Board is elected annually during the January meeting.

A&E Property Management is a partner with the Fountains Board of Directors. A&E handles many financial tasks in addition to managing covenant enforcement.  Resident portal to pay dues and obtain information about the HOA is A&E Resident Portal
