The Fountains HOA is a nonprofit association that manages our community development. Every property owner in the development is a member of the HOA and is welcome to participate on the board or as a volunteer. The HOA manages the community’s basic maintenance (common property), reviews and approves improvement plans, preserves the community’s architectural integrity, and organizes community activities.
The Fountains HOA Board meets bi-monthly on the third Monday of the month. Please contact a member if you would like to attend a meeting and all homeowners are welcome to participate. The Board is elected annually during the January meeting.
A&E Property Management is a partner with the Fountains Board of Directors. A&E handles many financial tasks in addition to managing covenant enforcement. Property Manager is Erica Ramasaran firstname.lastname@example.org
